Refund Policy

  • We do not allow partial deliveries. Orders must be accepted in full.
  • To ensure smooth operations, packages cannot be opened while the courier is at your doorstep.
  • Refunds are only accepted if the item is in its original condition: unworn, unused, and undamaged.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery. After this period, refunds will not be accepted.
  • All refund requests must be submitted through our official refund form.
  • Once reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your request.
  • A 100 EGP fee will be applied to all approved refunds to cover shipping and handling costs.
  • Refunds are not processed at the doorstep with the courier.
